Channel Partners

Our Channel Partners are companies who generate professional services revenue with the use of our software, and in conjunction with this, may resell stand-alone copies of our software. Typically this suites Managed Service Providers or Outsourcers, SI s and VARs.

Services opportunities

As a Channel Partner, you can offer various professional services engagements, either as stand-alone projects, or as we commonly see, in conjunction with your existing network dependent products and services.

  • Network measurement: assess your customer's end-to-end network remotely. Measure aspects such as bandwidth, utilization, latency, jitter, packet loss and MOS. Provide the customer with a detailed, automatically created network assessment report.
  • Network diagnostics: diagnose your customer's network. Identify the location of a number of critical problems like duplex errors, slow NICs and MTU conflicts. Fix the problems and clean-up the network with the help of your Apparent Networks solution.
  • Network monitoring: provide an enterprise-wide ongoing network health check plan and continously monitor and maintain your customer's network.
  • VoIP pre-deployment and monitoring services: assess your customer's current IP network for suitability to handle increased traffic, like voice or other applications, and provide ongoing monitoring services.
  • Resell: resell stand-alone versions of our software in conjunction with a services offering, enabling them to do in-house network assessment, trouble-shooting and monitoring.

Requirements: Minimum annual sales volume to qualify and partner takes 1st line support calls.

Strategic Partner: technical training, access to marketing materials, partner portal access, 1st line support during license period, and internal-use discount. Requirements: currently no volume commitment.

Premier Partner: access to marketing materials, partner portal access, customer support, and internal-use discount. Requirements: currently no volume commitment.
