Intrench, a privately held company that specializes in network security and technology integration, is now leveraging Apparent Networks’ PathView solutions to provide new value-added services to determine customers’ network readiness for deploying voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.

This provides cost savings to VoIP solution providers by decreasing the number of support calls that are incurred after the VoIP implementation and cost savings to the customer because it prevents overspending on unnecessary network equipment.
As the newest member of the Powered by PathView Program, Intrench can now leverage the capabilities of Apparent Networks’ PathView network performance management solution to deliver a custom-branded service for recurring revenues. PathView, in conjunction with the PathView microAppliance, enables Intrench to test, troubleshoot and report on the performance of its customers’ remote network—even through third-party cloud networks. From a single Web browser anywhere in the world, Intrench can remediate network issues and reduce the site visits typically required to service customer problems.
